Booking Terms – Rehbelle Artwork
1. General
These terms apply to all services provided by Rehbelle Artwork, including consultation, creative assignments, material production, digital development, and AI‑related processes. By booking a service, the client accepts these terms.
2. Booking and Project Description
When booking a service, the client must specify:
- the purpose and scope of the assignment
- how the material will be used
- technical requirements and preferences
- relevant background information
- timelines and priorities
The client must continuously provide the information, feedback, and materials necessary for Rehbelle Artwork to complete the assignment as agreed.
Rehbelle Artwork will notify the client when the assignment is completed. Delivery is not dependent on formal approval unless specifically agreed in writing.
3. Changes to the Assignment
Any changes to the scope, content, or timeline of the assignment must be approved in writing by both parties.
If the client requests changes that affect workload, delivery, or methodology, this may result in adjusted timelines and additional costs.
4. Cancellations, Withdrawals, and Rescheduling
Cancellation of meetings and consultations
- Cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time: free of charge
- Late cancellation or no‑show: full fee applies
Withdrawal of an assignment
If an ongoing assignment is withdrawn, the client must compensate for:
- time already spent
- preparation time
- costs incurred specifically for the assignment
- reserved time that cannot be reassigned to other work
5. Cancellation by Rehbelle Artwork
If Rehbelle Artwork must cancel or postpone an assignment due to illness or circumstances beyond our control:
- the client will be offered a new time or continuation at a later date
- any fees already paid will be refunded for cancelled assignments
- no additional compensation will be provided
If the assignment cannot be completed within six months, both parties have the right to terminate the agreement. Rehbelle Artwork is entitled to compensation for completed work and incurred costs.
6. Delivery of Materials and Development Processes
These terms apply to all materials produced, including:
- creative concepts
- analyses
- digital files
- AI‑generated material
- development processes and methodology
Delivery Conditions
- Delivery follows the agreed timeline.
- Delays caused by missing client materials or slow response times extend the delivery schedule.
- Feedback rounds are included as agreed; additional rounds are billed separately.
7. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
All material produced by Rehbelle Artwork is protected by copyright.
Usage Rights
- The client may only use the material in the manner and scope agreed upon.
- Transfer or licensing to third parties requires written approval.
- Full usage rights are granted only after full payment has been received.
AI‑related material
AI‑generated material, training data, processes, and methodologies are protected in the same way as other creative work.
Rights to underlying models, systems, prompts, processes, and development methods are never transferred unless a separate agreement is made.
Rehbelle Artwork’s own use
Rehbelle Artwork may use non‑sensitive material for self‑promotion unless otherwise agreed.
8. Liability and Limitations
Rehbelle Artwork is responsible for delivering services professionally and according to the agreement.
We are not liable for:
- indirect damages
- financial consequences of decisions made by the client based on our services
- technical issues beyond our control
- loss of data that the client is responsible for
The client is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to all materials they provide.
9. Payment Terms
- Invoices typically have a payment period of 10–30 days.
- Late fees and interest may apply according to Swedish law.
- The client is responsible for payment regardless of whether the material is used.
10. Data Protection (GDPR)
All personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
We only process the information necessary to carry out the assignment and communicate with the client.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes that cannot be resolved through dialogue will be handled according to Swedish law and by Swedish courts.
12. Discounts
Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly agreed.
